I'm Larry — a senior full-stack engineer, systems architect, and creative technologist. For over two decades I've built software end to end: from the database and the servers it runs on to the interface people actually touch.
(still workshopping the title stack — if you've got a cleaner way to say "does all of it," I'm all ears :D)
I've shipped multi-tenant SaaS, architected real-time platforms serving 10,000+ concurrent users, rebuilt high-traffic sites to load in under 100ms, and automated everything from event logistics to computer-vision game bots. Currently based in Pennsylvania, I work across both the public and private sectors — and since 2024, as a senior engineer and solutions architect on the CONFlux event platform alongside my own independent product work.
Engineering
My current toolkit centers on TypeScript, Vue/Nuxt, Postgres/Supabase, and the Cloudflare edge — Workers, R2, and D1. I build real-time, offline-capable web and mobile apps (Capacitor, iOS, and Android), and have delivered 200+ API endpoints at sub-100ms, WebSocket chat systems, Stripe-billed SaaS, and cross-platform apps shipped to both iOS and Android stores. Two decades of PHP, Node, Python, and just about everything else sit underneath.
Systems & Infrastructure
Most engineers stop at the application layer. I don't. I run the full stack down to the metal — Linux, networking, NGINX, edge caching, and CI/CD — and have turned 10–20 second page loads into sub-100ms responses while cutting hosting costs nearly in half. I'm equally at home on Linux, macOS, and Windows, and across everything from a single VPS to globally distributed infrastructure.
Beyond Development
I also operate as a managed service provider: IT consulting, network design, VOIP, cloud and on-premise servers, and security/camera systems. And because the line between engineer and creative has never been clean for me, I round it out with graphic design, marketing, and music/video production. That range is the point — I can take an idea from concept and design through code, deployment, and the infrastructure it lives on.
